About Horizon Elementary PTA
We are the voice of and for our children. The PTA promotes child advocacy through the Horizon students, parents, teachers and staff by implementing various programs and activities designed to enhance the learning experience. The Horizon Elementary PTA is a non-profit, volunteer membership organization of parents, teachers and staff. Our four-hundred plus members work hard to support our school and to build a strong sense of community through family events, extra-curricular programs, and the direct support of classroom teachers.

There are many opportunities for our parents who work in and outside the home to get involved and we encourage you to do so. Each committee would eagerly welcome a new, enthusiastic member! Getting involved is as easy as attending a meeting, joining a committee or signing up to help with an event. It is our dedicated parents that keep our events fresh, fun, and interesting for everyone and we hope you will consider joining our efforts.
